Weekend

I had a productive Saturday. I got my Jan. Challenge Done. My One little Word page complete and I set up my Project Life and have it up to date now. I have been doing pretty good on my pictures. I have decided to try and stick with the pic a day as close as I can but I may not use all those pics in my album because there seems to be more I want to add from certain days and not enough space. So I am making it my own and putting in it what is important to me. I also realized that I need to be committed to taking the pictures with my Canon and not my iphone. Because the quality is so poor in printed iphone pictures. I really wish this wasn't the case. I got some real cute ones of J&V one day and they are at least the best of the iphone ones but they would have been super if I had had my canon on hand. But at least I caught the moment in some form.

I have been collecting photo props and have been very lucky to have come across some cute stuff! I am ready for warmer weather so I can get some spray painting done. I have several things that need a good coat of color. Working on hair bows and some valentine decor. Taking pictures today so hopefully a picture loaded post tomorrow!

Time is wasting away...

So here it is the 8th of January already! I have been fighting with a head cold and fluid on my ears for over a week now. I can't seem to get them to drain. This is making me very frustrated and my family is totally annoyed because I can't hear them! I have tried most things to get them to drain, and some days they pop a little them the next day its back to muffled hearing. The bad think is the Dr. says I am doing all I can do and will just have to wait it out. So It keeps me from completing things because I am dizzy if I do too much. So everything is sort of a big mess. I haven't even got all my Christmas Decor down yet. So Today I am trying to tackle things in sessions so I can get some stuff done and stay on my feet. On a brighter note I have stuck with my POTD so far, which has been fun. I will admit I am taking most with my phone and hopefully they print out ok. If not I will do better with my good Camera next month. My Project Life kit is on it's way! I got the Amber Edition because the Turquoise was sold Out and I didn't want to have to wait till new ones come in. I think it will be fun to do the brighter colors for a change. I have been working on my monthly page for my word and it has been fun as well. I just need to get on the ball with my monthly challenge and some crafts!

New Year New ideas

Ok, so I go back and forth on this blog thing. I always start with good intentions and never can seem to keep up. But this year hopefully that will change. I have lots of new things I want to do this year and I want to document my adventure. Hopefully it is an adventure worth following. I plan to change some things up and improve as I go so here goes nothing.

The first thing I want to touch on is my One Little Word for 2011 is

I couldn't decide on one of these definitions because I want to use all of them.I want my 2011 to be my year of purpose. What all that means for this year I hope to find out. I plan to keep a journal album type thing about my journey and will post pics here.This is also where I plan to add all my creative projects. So here we go blog world
